QnA

General

QnA is a type of scenarios, which include the simplest logic 1Question-1Answer, but not required any additional business. Example: Frequently Asked Questions, greetings, small talk (chit-chat) etc.

Because it is very simple but also most common ability of a bot, so it is separated from general Scenario tab, as a convenient feature - ‘QnA’.

Bot-creator can view list, create, update, delete a pair of Q-A item.

Import/Export

Bot-creator can also import QnA data from csv file or export data as csv file. The template of QnA csv file is downloadable directly in popup of ‘Import data’ button.

Crawl

If there is an existing FAQ page, bot could also crawl the page’s URL and detect pairs of Q-A in the site to import.

Note:

  • Not all of FAQ page can be crawled, ex: FAQ page which loading Q&A data later by ajax, or Q-A in complicated HTML format. Bot-user should verify crawled result and adjust if neeed.
