This feature allows bot-creator to view all of conversations in real time, from all communication channels.
Bot-creator can also disable bot’s reply in each conversation, then he can start to chat directly with the end-client.
If card ‘Request-Human-Support’ is used in a Step (such as a step ‘Chat with human’), then when end-user jumps into this scenario (by typing sentence ‘I want a support from human’), a notification as red icon would appear on this user icon in ‘Message’ tab.
The bot-human switching mode is very useful in case of customer support.
