Real-time analytics

You can view analytics on real-time user’s requests by choosing Analytics -> Real-time on the left menu.

The analytics will display parameters in the previous 60 minutes as followed:

  • Total: Total number of user’s requests in the past 60 minutes

  • Message: Total number of messages from user interactions in the past 60 mintues

  • Button clicking: Total number of button clickings by users in the past 60 mintues

  • API called: Total calls via API integrated in the system
