You can click on each bar in the chart to view detailed parameters:

Match intent – trigger a scenario: Total number of messages from users where an intent is matched and triggered a scenario.
Match intent – default answer: Total number of messages from users where an intent is matched but bot answered different from set scenarios (default answers). This may occur when you do not match intents with scenarios, and further review will be needed to ensure accuracy.
Form filling: Total number of form fillings.s
Type button name: Total number of times where user type in button names for selection.
No intent matched – default answer: Total number of messages from users where no intent is matched and a default answer is given.
No intent matched – suggestion: Total number of messages from users where no intent is matched and closest suggestions are given.
Buttons clicked: Total number of times users click buttons for selection.
