The purpose of this user guide is to provide users the way to build a meaningful virtual assistant with powerful abilities in order to help their customers automatically in various business.
The system supports two types of users with corresponding processes:
- Bot Creator - who can:
- creates the bot
- provide data to train bot
- manipulate scenarios which the bot could follow to answer human,
- configure settings and integrations with communication channels (Facebook, Viber, Zalo, Livechat...),
- monitor bot history and adjust bot learning via real conversation with human
- go insight statistics
- Bot User (bot customer) - who can:
- chat with bots to get support from them
- make conversations in multiple ways: input question in natural language, browse and click buttons/carousels...
- select one of suggestions prompted by bot when it is not sure much about the meaning of user input
- request a human direct support in case of advanced content
