Archive conversation between customers and supporters via email
FPT.AI Live support allows supporters to send their conversations with customers via email.
To do so, follow these step:
- Step 1: Enter Settings on https://bot.fpt.ai/
Note: Only Bot Owner and Bot Admins are able to set up this feature.
- Step 2: Search for Conversation storage, enter the receiver’s email.
- Step 3: Back to Live Support, when click Assign me or Assign other, Send conversation via email button will display, press this button to archive conversation in set email.
