Customers list interface

Customer list interface displays full information of chat customers from different channels such as Facebook Mesenger, Zalo, Viber, Livechat ... At this page, you can also manage customer conversations on other Chatbot you have joined the support team.

Features:

  • Search bot: the search icon in the left corner of the screen to search for Chat bots

  • Pin bot: Click the star button to pin Bot.

  • Can filter customer list by channels

  • Can filter customers by each of the following criteria

  • All chats: All customers chat with bot

  • Requests: Customers who submit support requests (Bot creators use the Request human support card) and list of customers who are supported by supporters. Customers requesting support will display a red notification, customers currently supported will display a yellow notification.

  • Your chats: List of customers you have supported and are supporting.

  • User search: Enter user’s name to search.
