Reminder allows bot to automatically send messages to customers after a long period of no interaction.
To set up this function, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Turn on Allow Bot reminder.
Step 2: Go to Scenarios > “Reminder” will be next to Default answer.
Step 3: Choose an answer card to create a Reminder.
Step 4: Enter the reminder content to be displayed in conversations with users.
Notice: The reminder will be sent automatically per time settings, and will only be sent once in 24 hours.
In the above example, the bot will send a reminder after 5 minutes without interaction. Then, even if users do not interact, the bot will not send any reminder until after 24 hours.
