Broadcast

The bot creator can send the content of a Step created in the Scenario to the customer through the Broadcast feature.

To install, go to the Broadcast in the left menu. There are 2 options for sending broadcast: Deliver your message now and Schedule for later.

When the Broadcast is selected, the Create Broadcast option will appear.

Deliver your message now

Click Create Broadcast (1) under “Deliver your message now” -> select Channel (2) needed to send notice in the list of channels that have the bot integrated.

-> Slect Step to send (3) in the created steps in Scenario -> click Send now (4).

Schedule for later

Click Create Broadcast (1) under “Schedule for Later” -> Click Channel (2) needed to send in the list of channels that have bot integrated -> Select Step to send (3) in the created steps in Scenario -> Set the time in Schedule a time to send (4) -> Select Frequency (5) to set the bot’s frequency to repeat the action of sending notifications -> Click Save (6).

Note: When click “Reset”, all the content will return to default.

After create a broadcast successfully, you can create more broadcasts or delete broadcasts.
